Erin Lyman is an entrepreneur and author of 4 Simple Steps to Going Back to Work, a mom's guide for success.  She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  She is also a graduate from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.  Erin has worked in Fortune 500 companies, specializing in human resource management, recruiting, staffing, and training and development.  She has also managed small businesses, such as dental practices.  Erin was an adjunct professor at Marquette University, teaching an upper level business course.  Today, Erin works with clients experiencing a career transition by providing coaching, resume writing/editing, and interview preparation. She also works with college-bound students by providing coaching, essay editing, and webinars. Erin is a wife, mother of four children and two dogs, marathon runner, tri-athlete, soccer mom, stable mom, and lover of the outdoors.  She and her family live in northern Maryland.
